There is the arabic woman and she was two twin sons, Juan and Amal, but they are adopted because she cannot afford to look after them. 20 years later she gets a letter from Juan with a photo is telling her that he is doing fine and is happy in life. The woman is pleased about this but is constantly wondering what her other soon looks like. So she tells her husband that she is wondering what her other son looks like. Her husband replies, "Once you've seen Juan you've seen Amal!"
