I remember months before i got my PS2 how different i was, i would come home hang out with mates and play on my DC and PC, i was never a lover of DVD's until i bought it and it shocked me how good the playback was, it changed me in a way that now i will not waste more money on other consoles, the ps2 has everthing i need in a console, good games (AAA titles coming soon), good quality dvd player and a its backwards compatible, this third place thing has really taken me in, its freaked me out when i first saw the advert on tv, and still no one knows what its about, the ps2 has a certain mystery surrounding it, scarey stuff!

All i seem to do is talk about PS2 now, i have managed to convince my mates to buy the little black box and its changee them too, were all addicted to GT3, i must admit i could never get to grips with GT1+2 but GT3 is so addictive, the ps2 is a console i would not want to turn my back on, it has so much going for it and it will live on for a good few years to come. My life revolves around my ps2 now, i know its silly but it does, my magazine collection for instance has totally bankrupted me from buying Ps2 magazines just to see the footage on dvd's and the latest screenshots, information and reviews and previews, my collection of magazines is going to be filling my room soon!

When u look at your ps2, just think about what that beauty is giving you, and what its capable, because it makes u wonder sometimes how many things a little black box can do,i'm sure the PS2 has scarred me for life now, but it will be worth it, and its changed me for the better in my opinion!

You have to ask yourself though, how can they improve the graphics?

Can you picture how they would look if they were better? I cant.

Over 5 years ago when the original Playstation came out everyone was like "oh my god these are the best graphics ever in a console", "superb", "awesome".
And now the PS2 is here everyone is oh my god these are the best graphics ever in a console", "superb", "awesome", "this is so much better than the old blocky stuff on the Playstation".

You look back and to be honest the Playstation graphics look pretty pathetic compared to the PS2.

But to be honest we'll probably be saying the same stuff in many years when there is another console released from Sony.

Its changed my life.
I used to get up go to school (college now) and turn on the telly and watch the Big Breakfast. Then come home and watch Neighbours and Family Affairs. Then it was a little read of '20,000 Leagues Under The Sea' and then bed.

AAAghghgghhghgh

Now its up rush to college and home again, turn on the beauty and away we go. Gran Turismo 3, Resident Evil Code Veronica X superb. A quick pause for tea and then away we go again. More Gran Turismo and Resident Evil CV. Then its to bed and dream about me on WWF Smackdown Just Bring It! and Grand Theft Auto 3. Not forgetting a bit of Max Payne Pro Evolution Soccer (THE GAME) and Silent Hill 2 aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhggggggggggggg HELP!!!!!!!!

Then up again rush to college and home again, turn on the beauty and away we go. Gran Turismo 3 and Resi..... Evi.........

So overall the PS2 has changed my life that I only have time to read OPSM2 and watch Footy (Man Utd) and Eastenders.

Plus on Special Reserve looking for great deals on PS2 games and the odd info on the PS2 forum.

I thank PS2 for changing my life for the best and opening my eyes to the world of PS2. I now live happily with my PS2 in a cottage far far way from any interuptions *Get off the net.... no I'm doing something...* say me and my mother.

Thanks for reading my daily PS2 routine.
Cheers.

The only thing that it has changed in my life is that now im playing the best games around and now i have the ability to watch DVDs. Im not addicted to any of my PS2 games at the moment, apart from Resident Evil Veronica as i have finished them, however Evo 2 is stuck in it every day!

I also got Re-volt as my free gift today from SR...what a load of crap it is too. :)
