21 Seconds was about the worst tune I've listened to in years. The emceeing really showed up the gulf in lyrical content between hip hop and garage. It's getting better though.
Apart from 21 seconds, I love So Solid. I saw them at Reading, great big Drum 'n' Bass basslines, some (usually) decent emcees and some great tunes. In fact, I was listening to Oxide and Neutrino's 'Up Middle Finger' in the car on the way to work this morning. Fantastic.

I listen to Xfm 95% of the time.
However, sometimes when reception gets bad, I tune into Radio 1 and play a game called "Sincerity".
The way you play is to listen for 30 minutes and see how many times the DJ will actually admit to liking a record they've just played.
And for a bonus point, see how many songs feature real instruments in the same time period.
1 point for each time you can hear either of the above.
This morning I managed to score 2 in 1 hour.
