I've been looking for Roman related PC games, but can only find Caesar 3. Its a good game, but deals more in the economy side of things than military. So I was wondering if anyone with an exteneded knowledge of PC games would know about any that involve Roman military? Thanks.

Should add, it's got not very good graphics, and is very easy. should have posted this earlier, but I've been away.

However, laptops are quite good for using the internet because the little modems are quite easy (eg Nokia D211) to handle and use due to the small size.

But since we have deviated from the original idea of the topic... Another Romans game would be Rome: Caesar's Will. I think it's made by Sierra, cheap, and from what I've heard, easy to play.

My brothers Laptop specs are pretty decent, apart from his crappy 8MB intergrated graphics card. Strangly though, he can't seem to run games like Total Annihilation without them crashing.

I just suppose thats because laptops aren't designed primarily to play games, which isn't too bad since my brother doesn't use it as such, well not all the time anyway.

I know what you mean: I've got a Pentium II 266Mhz laptop, and the only games I can run on it with the crap specifications and memory are CART Precision Racing, World Cup 98, Champ Manager 01/02 and Sega Rally 2. But then, it is 5 years old.

My brother loved Ceaser 3, I think he was asking for it a few weeks ago to put on his laptop, since his 3D card doesn't allow him to play games like Medieval very well.

My brother had Caesar 3, and it looked like he wasn't very good at it: everything started burning. Great laugh.

Yeah, it's a non too demanding, but fun game. Rome: Total War isn't out til later in the year, but from the screenshots I've seen and previews I've read, it's shaping up to be one big strategy game.

I've got it. Lovely little game ain't it? I recently reinstalled it to play again. The military side is lacking, but its still a good game.

I had Settlers IV. Didn't like it though. Is Rome - Total War out yet?
