I reckon it's Col because RoJ called Col an idiot recently. Then goatgoat said RoJ had called him an idiot.

So RoJ did you call goat goat and idiot somewhere? If not then I think goatgoat is Col.

I think Goatgoat is an regular or even *gasp* a notable in disguise
