I'm at the Wind Temple, when I get to the the big round room with the wind coming up from the bottom of the room I am not sure how to get to the boss room.

I have got the boss key, hookshot and I have released that tree creature thing from the cage.

I have explored every room except the boss room and the rooms connected to the boss room.

How do I get to the boss room?

While I'm here.

I haven't played it in aages, but, how do I get through to that leaf thing. He's in the waterfall and I can't get to him to play that sodding song to him...

I've tried shooting him and playing the thingy in loads of different places...

Grrrrrrrrr.

In the big room with the wind, fall down the shaft and go through the gap in the mesh on the floor.
