I was thinkin of ordering a few games of them and Natbuc has just shown me the above.
Personally I think it's a load of bolocks. You can only send it back if its in its original wrapping. How the f**k do you know if the game is broken. You gonna look at the box and say "This game is broken" and send it back!

I do want to order from this site. GC games are £30 plus the £5 postage and you've still got an amazing price for a game. Plus they're Imported!
