but only a few really good games are realeased over more than 1 format. so i, a ps2 owner wil probably never play mario or sonic on my console.
so, why can't the companies loosen up a bit a release multi-format, it would surely get them more money.
loads of ps2 games have been put onto different consoles, and everyones's happy, so, other companies giving ps2 some games would be equally as good, yeah.
then we wouldn't really have to have the tedious 'console wars' coz everyone would be playing all the same, great games.
c'mon, you know it makes sense.
cheers, FFF

Not wanting to start an argument here because it's your opinion, but how can you say that? There's massive differences in Mario games, you've got Tennis games, Golf games, 3D Platform games, Puzzle game boardy things, Racing games there all completely different, does it really matter what character your playing with?

To be honest i am a sony man, so never really got to appreciate the games propely on account i did not play them long enough.
As for Banjo, yes i found it too childish for me, im 16 and wanted a little more, yes i do play crash on PS1 though. Remember though, this is my opinion and im not starting a console war here.

You see thats what get on my nerves, Banjo games are not babyish at all, there aimed at a large range scale, there's a lot of adult humour in there, but it's done in a way that the younger kids won't spot it. For example in Banjo Tooie on Jolly Rodgers Lagoon, have you seen the way the frog waves his hands around and goes on about his partner, it's because Rare are hinting at him being gay but younger kids aren't gonna spot that.
Just like there are too many Tomb Raider games on Playstation.
