How does this mean cool?

Don't just say "oh its a IRC whatever thing"

I want to know WHY and HOW that can be read as cool.

i care.

I hate guests, we are having a BBQ and there is till load of people here, infact there is some in the other room all at the top of the bunk, and its bending pretty bad, they have even stolen the huge fan that we use to keep the upstairs hall cool and put it in their room...
I sodden hate this girl who always comes called Joe, i always have hated her and and i always will, she just makes herelf at home to easilly, so she came up turned on my sisters computer and started to talk on messenger as if she is at home, and that really annoyes me, that and any guest atall...
They eat all your food and drink all your drink and my dad is in bed and they re banging on the wall and just messing around...
I just went in their and told em to shut it and they are still at it...
Im bigger then all of them yet i have no power, and also they pulled the tv wire out of my tv and i cant get into the other room to plug it back in, so i have now been on the computer non-stop for about 8 and a half hours...
Im tiered, i want to go to bed...
Im also hot would have 2 fans but they stole one of them...
Heh i know you dont care, and i dont care that you dont care, because i just dont care ok.
