Okay why did you buy a console? To row with? Of course you didn't we all got consoles to PLAY on them, so why are we fighting?
When I bought the N64 I bought it to play the games that I'd heard so much about, not to say, 'the N64 is the best'.

People have created consoles for us to enjoy not to argue with, Ninendo make astounding games and so did Sony (they've been taken over) although personaly I'd go with Nintendo, it dosen't mean I go round hurting people 'cause they like Sony or Sega, I go with Nintendo because I like the games they make such as, Goldeneye, Banjo-Kazooie, Turok 1,2and3, Perfect Dark and many more, but there's one thing that makes -in my view- Nintendo special, because I don't have Perfect Dark, (I'm trying to win it) and I know It's such a great game due to screenshots in magazines. I was looking through a Playstation magazine and I came across a review saying about this game that they said was great and it had some screenshots and I couldn't see if I thought it was great or not so I'm not saying anything, but somehow I knew Perfect Dark was great because of the screenshots. Because of my tital I'm not going into Console wars but I still think Nintendo is better, personaly.

So why dosen't everyone pack it in with Console Wars and be happy with the consoles them selves.

Yes but the standard of N64 games is so much higeher than most the games on the PS1, you can't even compare games like Perfect Dark to some of the pap on the PS1 that got good scores, Medal of Honor why that was given rave reviews I really don't know.

Why can't you just accept basic facts that are put underneath your nose?

you actually listen to that type of stuff.you never know they might put down a really bad review for good games.

I searched a reviews website for games that scored above 80% on both the N64 and PSone. The search returned:

67 N64 games, ranging from Zelda: OOT to X-Men: Mutant academy.
152 PSone games, ranging from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 to Brave Fenser Musashi.

So there were 85 more good games on the PSone. Even if you have a higher opinion of a good game, there are still:

13 N64 games ranging from Zelda: OOT to Turok 2.
23 PSone games ranging from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 to Winning Eleven 4.

Scoring 90% or more.

psx kicked their butt in the graphics section but n64 still rules in the gameplay section!
