So, who's getting the cute lil' monsters on Friday?

I've had to sell my hitman 2 just for the pleasure, but i am sure that it will all be worth it - if i is half as addictive as Red was then I shall waste 250 hours of my life.

So, lets just use this thread for general Pokémon chatter.

This time tomorrow I'll... be at a party, but I shall have pokémon, oh yes.

I´m an idiot, I didn´t catch the pokemon on the fronnt of the pokemon ruby box. I want to kill myself now.

I´ve got it already, I´ve nearly completed it.

Pokemon seems to be the same everytime now. Meet the prof. choose a pokemon, defeat the gym's, use all the same HM's to advanced to the next stages in exactly the same way and then defeat the elite 4 etc. It's the same structure, they just add new pokemon and a few twist and turns.

They've really screwed Pokemon up now, 80% of the new Pokemon are crap, a lot of them are just copies of previous Pokemon with a different name and picture, like taking out Houndoom and replacing it with Mightyena. It's the same Pokemon but with a really crap name.


And I have to carry four weedy Pokemon around now for all the sodding HM moves, which are still useless in battle. Why the hell they don't just replace this crap like Strength with power gloves or something. Have items for the trainer rather than irritating HMs.

Do they force you to play it?

If you don't like it, don't play it.

I've had Ruby for ages but I haven't bothered completeing it yet.


More irritating HMs and and another drawn out Victory Road, it's about time they changed this mind numbing set up.

I think all the legendary things will be on it.

If not, they'll be on colliseum.

I'm getting both games, but the only trouble is I can't get any of the previos legendary pokemon like Mewtwo and Lugia.
