This is probably really easy to do....but I havn't got a clue!

How do you copy information from one computer to another without using disk's, cd's or email?
Basicly, I've got a large program on this computer and I want to put them on my computer at home. Is there an easy way I can connect the two computers and transfer the information?

Somebody please help me it's driving me crazy!

Cheers,
Ell.

Assuming neither of the computers are laptops, the cheapest way of transferring data would be to take the hard disk and out and plug it into the new machine. Assuming you are allowed and able do this, it's free.

Yeah Tandy'll have it. Or SR and SR will actually KNOW what it is. Unlike Tandy.

Actually you can buy a Parrelel cable which can fit into your printer port on one computer and printer port on the other, then you can set up a direct cable connection and transfer the files over, dont know how reliable it is though. The cable should cost about £4.99

They are very easy to connect. You just plug it into the right socket and drag and drop files into it. I'm not sure about prices, check out the PC Drives section on the left

Very easy. It will come with a setup disk for the drivers and software. It will be more of a case of just following on screen instructions.
