Here's a good idea for SR:
If it's coming up to Christmas, SR shouldn't reply with the confirmation just in case the person that the present is for finds out. This should also be done for birthdays or special occassions, but for, that, the person buying the stuff would have to state the date and the reason why they don't want the reply.

Well, I got an email from SR telling me what I'm getting for Christmas.
I'm not happy about that because now I know what I getting and therefore, it won't be any fun. I hate knowing what I will be getting.
