Meka Dragon has the best theory.

The visuals are cartoony (and still incredibly smooth and impressive) while Link is a kid.

Then, when he become and adult, the series takes the Spaceworld 2000 look.

Don't expect it though. Link probably won't grow up this time round.

And if it does happen, you won't know until a week before the Japanese launch.

Yes you did, this is a bit of a contradiction really.

One minute your saying the will put the decent visuals in at the end, then your saying you don't care about the cartoony visuals. Are you mad?

did we say that they weren't???? This is another brilliant Nintendo innovation, much like Paper Mario. And that, apparently, is a great game.

Umm hello, the graphics are amazing, there very cartoony but there still amazing.

Yes the idea probably is to concentrate on Gameplay thats what the whole Zelda series is about, fabulous playability
