Holding a logo competition!
Your task is this:
An up and coming mail order games company named Special Direct (geddit?) have asked you to design a logo for their website. Special Direct specialise in console games shipping, always next working day. Your logo must transmit this point in a subtle way. The logo must:
ï Be on a white background
ï Be compressed as a GIF
ï Be no more than 300 x 200
ï Contain the words "Special" and "Direct" somewhere on it
Bear in mind that the company website will be designed in a minimalist style. The logo does not have to be web-safe.
Marks will be awarded for:
ï Style (x/10)
ï Clarity (x/5)
ï Cleanliness (x/5)
ï Overall: out of 20
There will be no certain prize for this competition, but if I win FAD any time soon, I will certainly give it away to the winner. If SR want to offer a prize, they can if they want to.
I'll be judging, so all bribes sent to me. Good luck!
> Well it says 300x200 but I doubt it would hurt to go over that :-)
Sorry to be pedantic, but I really mean 300x200. Rules of webdesign, everything must fit!
Reaper, your logos are annoyingly good ;-)

Oh, sorry, my mistake.
Bit of a variety on there, few good ones.
> Is there a file Size limit??
Well it says 300x200 but I doubt it would hurt to go over that :-)
I'm not sure though, its turbo's comp.
