I realise you're being ironic but it's sad that that kind of attitude epitomises the attitude of pasty internet freaks all over the world. When the 'net became the 'Next Big Thing', people were pushing it because it 'opens up a whole new era of inter-human communication and debate'. I'm sure they didn't predict the insane, megalomaniac reactionism of 'regular' 'netters who sterotype all 'newbies' as gormless fools. Which quite clearly they are not.
