I haven't had the chance to update it in ages for some reason, it used to ask me like every week. NOw I haven't for ages.

COuld be the cause of my problems. But if you have a look whenever MSN is down for me Hotmail is too. It must be a problem with their server, either that or they have been having trouble with the Nimda worm.
