Go to www.portablemonopoly.com to see pictures of a homemade backlit GBA. It's pretty impressive. The battery life still lasts 10 hours as well.

I'm waiting for Nintendo to release a backlit GBA before I get one. Or maybe I'll just wait till I can afford one!

I always wanted a Gameboy since the Classic arrived, but I never had the money. My sister got a GBC before I got any!

I only ever got a GBA, which is great.

at one stage i was gonna collect a load of original ones in good condition with the boxes etc ,(coz they might be worth soemthing one day!) but i decided ..... naaa.

Ninty did do backlit gameboys in Japan... a gold and silver one with a blue "indigo-watch" style back light.

Oh, and the girl boy was just a pink game boy
