Ok, reasonably serious one today for a change.

Here it is:

If you are doing an activity or something. Anything. Could be playing football, or doing maths at school, whatever.

If the activity is split up into three groups:

Lower, middle, upper.

Do you think it's better to be the daddy in the middl group, or be at the bottom of the upper group, if you see what I mean.

Would you be the best in the middle group, so everyone looks up to you and gives you respect, or should you go to the upper group, and be the worst person in the upper group?

Thoughts.

It's probably best being middle in the middle group.

If you're struggling in the top group or flying through the bottom group then you ought to be there.

If you're bottom of the top group then it's likely that you're completely lost and not learning anything.
If you're top of the bottom group then you should be going up to try the more complicated work in order to devellop your skills.

If you're middle in the middle group then you've got the right balance.

I think I would prefer to be the worst in the upper group. That way, if I make a mistake, no one will care.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
