I finally played MGS on the PSX today (and finished it) after hating the GBC one i wasn't too keen but in fact it was the first PSX game i have played that matches there other good titles the Resident Evil Series.
It involved stealth and stuff but is this really that amazing??? Come on PS fans call it piece of brilliance it is well ok. Yeah in fact brilliant but erm this doesnt even touch Zelda, Perfect Dark or Conker!
MGS2 sounds like a great title but i'd choose Zelda, PD or Conker over it anytime. My dissapointment of there being no MGS2 announcement on the GC is no longer that large. I thought this was some sort of PD beater!

We have had evidence of both.
I don't want to argue. In my opinion they are different types of games, and I get a different kind of satisfaction out of playing each one. Your disagree, but that's your opinion. I'll just leave it at that.
They are still both class games though.

I don't want to argue. In my opinion they are different types of games, and I get a different kind of satisfaction out of playing each one. Your disagree, but that's your opinion. I'll just leave it at that.
They are still both class games though.

I like loads of different types of games. If it's playable and fun, I'll play it and probably like it. I will say that I do play more action games and beat em ups than any other, but essentially, I will like any game that is playable.

I played MGS, wasn't very impressed with it at all. Im sure if I had time to actually sit down and play it on my own then it would be much better, but I agree with what Dringo said, it really cannot touch a game like Perfect Dark.
