"Tape Swapping... A slightly silly idea"

Silly, but it could work.

I'm assuming a few of us in this forum, as wrestling fans, have a few wrestling tapes, especially those with sky. I personaly have a grand total of 6 tapes lying about my house, which is quite pathetic compared to someone like Shaneo.

Anyway, whatever, this is my idea. You can probably guess from the title, anyway.

We get a few of us from this forum together (people who have been here ages and we trust), and we all get each others addresses. We then make a list of everyone, and we all select one tape from our 'collections', and we send it to the person below us on the list. We end up with our tapes being sent back to us, having watched and sent on a number of others in the process.

Postage is not really a problem - its about 20p to send a tape, and you should be able to get hold of some cheap padded envelopes.

Umm...just wondering how this would work??? Is it gonna involve a fortune in stamps and packaging???

I looking for Royal Rumble 2000 as well but on DVD.

I am interested in Royal Rumble 2000, and any PPVs with Too Cool in...{:)

Well, this is good - I've had an idea that seems to be working. Truely amazing.

6 People: Me, Ant, RawisAndy, Cong Man, Ice Blaster, and Jetster (sorry longy, but with no tapes it would be hard to participate).

The list system I proposed could work with this amount of people. I think all those above are trustworthy, although someone please say if you disagree.

So is everyone up for sending one of thier tapes to another person? I'll organise it all, unless someone else really wants to.

I need confermation from all of you before we can start decideding which tapes to send, so tell me so.

I have every ECW PPV they ever put out (apart from CyberSlam, which was never released in Britain)...although thats on DVD if thats a problem for anyone.

I do this with Chris, well actually I just send him tapes he's sent me about 1 phft. :D

Anyways I will do this if you want, i'm interested in something ECW.

I also have the Raw where the Rock returs and the raw after (the last hour) and Smackdown

I aslo have a few other Raws knocking about somewhere

I can also get a lot of 99, a few 98 and early 2000 stuff quite easily.

P.S. theonly reason IB has those vids is because I lent them him and he taped them :P

KOTR 2001, I meant. Not 2000.

I have every PPV on video from Unforgiven 2000 onwards APART from No Mercy 2000 and KOTR 2000. They're ones I taped.

I also have Judgement Day 2000 and WrestleMania 15 on video (bought them,) and Summerslam 2000 on DVD.
