Why is it you can order a pizza and have it delivered within 30 minutes yet when you order anything else over the internet you have to wait a couple of days??? Why can't they send someone round to your house with it straight away or within a couple of hours?

I have waited up to a month for some deliveries, because of bloody British Mail.
Most of the sites I use delivery next day on instock items, it's a simple case of choosing who you buy from carefully.
Pizza companies are local though, when my sister ordered a CD a few weeks ago, it came from Hong Kong. So I think it unlikely that they would come round in half an hour with it.
True enough. But you might find it's better to post things like this in general chat than in PC gaming which is for PCs. Just a hint.
