How can you hate a console? Has it done something to offend you?

Won't be on tomorrow evening til about 9ish, maybe later.

Won't be on at all over the weekend.

Going up to Leicester straight from work on friday afternoon. It's a mates 21st, so BIG drinking session for the weekend.

Including going to the Union for the Saturday night, and geuss what? It's Freshers week this week, so it will be packed, with first year young ladies wanting to find out about the "Student Life."

I'll probably be too hungover to be on on sunday, and if it's a REALLY good weekend, I'll have to take monday off to recover. So it'll be a while 'til I'm next about.

Ah I see! No probs!

Well, I can, but I'd probably get the sack.

Oh, alright then, go for it! :-)

Possibly on this evening though. Sorry I disappeared last night

Not a problem! I had to go as well, so it was fine! See ya again tomorrow night maybe. (Early finish today, so won`t be on tonight).

The thing is, as time goes by, the PS2 will become a better prospect than it is now, it still has a massive wealth of potential locked away because people don't fully understand how to use all of the features as quickly as they possibly can yet. Many companies are investing time with Sony to make middleware available to developers, and it is paying off, the PS2 is evolving at an unprecidented rate.

Hmmm wasn't expecting the price drop until at least christmas. Maybe there trying to get even more of an upper hand getting consoles into homes before the GC and X Box are even released

This can ony be a great thing. The machine was 300 smackers like the PS1 was at the start, and has now gone down as the userbase grows. now they sell enough games to be able to lower the price, so more machines are sold, so they can lower it again, and because more games are sold, more games are made.

It's obvious, but it's exactly the way the PS1 went, and look where that got? It saw off many more-powerful machines, and became a classic.
