*duh*
Loved Commandos 2 though, but the talk of end-of-level bosses has me concerned. My history is shaky, but I don't remember reading about giant robo-Hitlers during WWII.

Nah, don't bother. Boring tutorial mode and an unspiring train level is all that will be waiting for you. Save your hard drive space for something more worth while.
Also, which of the development team thought it would be a good idea to make all the Germans weapons fire from such a long distance, but make your guns only capable of shooting a couple of feet in front of you? Not even when you pick up a German weapon can you match this, which makes the combat of this game terribly hard. Christ knows how they are going to implement it in the full version.
The stealth bits also got a tad annoying, sneaking around on a train and knocking out Germans is particular hard, especially in such cramped levels, but what I don't get its that you can punch a German to the ground and not have an alarm raised even though another German is sitting down just across from you. Stupid.
Might be worth a try, but only when it's on budget. And screw Pyro for messing with such a great stealth game by trying to make it more exciting. They'd better fix this for Commandos 4, if there will ever be a third sequel.
The stealth part still works fine and the new 3D in-door environments look great this time around, but to me this game still doesn't match the quality of the last commandos, not by a long shot. Still, I haven't got very far yet, so my mind could change and I'm nterested in seeing how the D-Day landings in the full game will work.
Was looking forward to it as well.
