here is the review i sent to ukreviews.com today about SSX Tricky
SSX was the highest marked game in Playstation 2 magazines al over the country and the rival developers loved this game.
it is a bit of a dark horse at first people were saying " is it like 1080 snowboarding" and they were suprised when they found the game to be the best snowboarding game ever...
That was november 2000 it is now nearly november 2001 and the developers EA are bringing out a new SSX game but this time it is on a DVD, and that is how it got its Working title name SSX : DVD but that soon changed to the new and improved title of SSX Tricky. Now the game is on a DVD becuase the developers have put a behind the scenes making of the game on there. The tricks in the game are also really good now you can have Uber tricks which are really over the top kind of tricks that you could never do in real life. The EA canada developers are really going to work hiring macy gray and david arquette along with other celebrities to be the vices of the new characters.
There are two new tracks called Garibaldi and Alaska which have really steep slopes on them and shouldnt be tried unless you have played SSX before because these are not for beginners. There are six new characters in the game and the most advertised one is Eddie who has an afro and his afro moves in different ways to his body. The old tracks have been radically updated so you wont reconize then so this full blown sequel will be out on 23rd November
SSX Tricky will be the NO.1 on my christmas list this year.
