End of Novemeber to the beginning of December is what is expected. The whole point of getting it released this year is to fight Christmas sales. You can be pesimistic about it all you want but the game WILL be released before Christmas of this year.
Amazon has MGS2 down as 26th December, which unless Nintendo is going to do a world first and release a game on what is like the biggest bank holiday of the year for the UK with most places shut, means you aren't seeing it this year. Play doesn't even have it listed. HMV and Gameplay don't have it listed either.
Obviously GAME aren't the only ones not expecting this anytime soon.

Yes, but I wouldn't trust them as a stand alone source when many others say different.

Harvest Moon has slipped in the States to 15th January, but the European release date is still strong at 21st November. Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes is released on August 22nd.
