Colin McRae 04 - 9
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 - 8
Judge Dredd: Dredd Versus Death - 7
Amplitude - 8
XGRA: Extreme G Racing Association - 6
Aliens Versus Predator: Extinction - 5
ATV Offroad Fury 2 - 8
Freestyle Metal X - 7
Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension - 3
Zone of the Enders The 2nd Runner Special Edition- 8
The Italian Job: LA Heist - 6
World Racing - 5
Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure - 6
Madden NFL 2004 - 9
Conflict: Desert Storm II - 8
NHL 2004 - 8
Splashdown 2: Rides Gone Wild - 6
Unlimited Saga - 7
Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior - 7
Beach King Stund Racer - 4
London Racer - World Challenge - 3
Scrabble 2003 Edition - 5

On the demo disk (and what my head tells me):

Colin McRae Rally 04 - (Best one yet, must get)
True Crime: Streets of LA - (nah)
Amplitude - (must get, must get, must get ad infinitum)
Chaos Legion - (thumb blistering, I hate it)
Perfect Ace Pro Tournament Tennis (fun, but not my bag)
Summer Heat Beach Volleyball - (too bland, nice wobbly bits)
Rugby 2004 - (what exactly is going on here? who am I controlling? where's the ball?)
Finding Nemo - (kids'll love it, little kids, small ones)
Formula One 2003 - (I hate F1 so skipped the demo)
Soul Calibur II - (beautiful, but I've got enough fighting games)
Freedom Fighters - (better than I expected, will get)
Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior - (jeez, they've upped the difficulty from the version we tested back in beta, makes it VERY challenging, getting it anyway)
Sphinx and the Shadow of Set - (quite good, might get)
Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner - (already played the first installment, one is enough for me, nice to look at though)

Trailer Park

MGS3 - (seen it before already)
Medal of Honor: Rising Sun (looking good)
Time Crisis 3 (wow, coming along nicely for a genre I hate)
Making of Amplitude (spellbinding)

There you go, saved you £5.49. But then if you DON'T buy it you'll miss out on the best demo disc they've ever produced. I've been playing it non-stop for the last 4 hours and I'm going back for more (Amplitude) later :)

8/10 is a superb score. The problem with a lot of PS2 owners is that they read sheet magazines that hand out 9-10/10 for every game with gun or car in it. 8/10 signifies a game that will appeal on mass to the majority of gamers. It won't do anything new for the genre or be ground breaking ut it will be a solid title thats worth a purchase. Games scoring 9/10 + are meant to signify truly awesome games that either set new standards or ground break in one form or another. Too many magazines (mainly I have noticed PS2 mags) hand out crazy scores for games that really aren't that good and then when something good does come along it lags in the late 7's to 8/10 range. 8/10 is a very good score at the end of the day and I am sure CDS2 will improve on the first.

It's just a bl00dy point. It's probably better than the original, so if you liked that, it's worth buying. Don't take review scores that seriously.

CM4 is so good because it's a big jump in improvement over the previous 3 according to the magazine, plus it has more neat cars in it like the Lancia 037 and RS200. Plus you're not restricted to racing as McRae this time around, you're your OWN driver on your own championship.

Tiger Woods I'm not so sure about, the review stated that their PAL version didn't have online matchplay which is in the NTSC version. Apart from that there isn't a lot more to it than 2003, except for maybe the customisation options for your golfer, a couple of extra courses and a new putting grid system. I'll stick with 2003 for now methinks.

I'd probably get Colin McRae 4. I got the previous Tiger Woods game. Would you recommend the new one FM?
