Colin McRae 04 - 9
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 - 8
Judge Dredd: Dredd Versus Death - 7
Amplitude - 8
XGRA: Extreme G Racing Association - 6
Aliens Versus Predator: Extinction - 5
ATV Offroad Fury 2 - 8
Freestyle Metal X - 7
Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension - 3
Zone of the Enders The 2nd Runner Special Edition- 8
The Italian Job: LA Heist - 6
World Racing - 5
Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure - 6
Madden NFL 2004 - 9
Conflict: Desert Storm II - 8
NHL 2004 - 8
Splashdown 2: Rides Gone Wild - 6
Unlimited Saga - 7
Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior - 7
Beach King Stund Racer - 4
London Racer - World Challenge - 3
Scrabble 2003 Edition - 5

On the demo disk (and what my head tells me):

Colin McRae Rally 04 - (Best one yet, must get)
True Crime: Streets of LA - (nah)
Amplitude - (must get, must get, must get ad infinitum)
Chaos Legion - (thumb blistering, I hate it)
Perfect Ace Pro Tournament Tennis (fun, but not my bag)
Summer Heat Beach Volleyball - (too bland, nice wobbly bits)
Rugby 2004 - (what exactly is going on here? who am I controlling? where's the ball?)
Finding Nemo - (kids'll love it, little kids, small ones)
Formula One 2003 - (I hate F1 so skipped the demo)
Soul Calibur II - (beautiful, but I've got enough fighting games)
Freedom Fighters - (better than I expected, will get)
Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior - (jeez, they've upped the difficulty from the version we tested back in beta, makes it VERY challenging, getting it anyway)
Sphinx and the Shadow of Set - (quite good, might get)
Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner - (already played the first installment, one is enough for me, nice to look at though)

Trailer Park

MGS3 - (seen it before already)
Medal of Honor: Rising Sun (looking good)
Time Crisis 3 (wow, coming along nicely for a genre I hate)
Making of Amplitude (spellbinding)

There you go, saved you £5.49. But then if you DON'T buy it you'll miss out on the best demo disc they've ever produced. I've been playing it non-stop for the last 4 hours and I'm going back for more (Amplitude) later :)

I liked the True Crime demo, but it was painfully short. Only 60 seconds on the driving part, what rubbish and I did like those fighting levels even though they only lasted at most a couple of minutes. Also, that guy you play as, has one of the most annoying voice overs I've ever heard in a game, spewing out crappy one liners every few seconds he makes me want to intentionally kil the git.

Suprised with the MGS3 video, nearly all of it was in game action. Which rocked.

True Crime demo was a bit poor though, and the camera angle was bad at times in that fight.

Well that was a pretty cruddy demo wasn't it? No way 60 seconds is long enough to have a half decent mess around the city. But ZOE 2 was brilliant in my opinion and Soul Calibur was good too, although I also played the demo in OXM and I prefer the X-Box version because I find the controller much easier to use on the X-Box. I haven't played anything else though because I had a go on Amplitude and it gave me a headache, that's one game I wont be getting.

I played Freedom Fighters today and wasn't impressed.

Desert storm review as good though - a good solid 8/10.

What's wrong with it, Blank? I had the 'disc read error' and managed to overcome it. Is this the case?

Makes me wish my PS2 was still alive. Only for True Crime, ZOE 2 and MGS3 video though.

I'll be picking the mag up tommorrow mainly for the True Crime demo, but I notice you weren't too keen on it, what's was wrong with it?

Looks like a decent mag and demo disc for once. Not really bothering with mags anymore, got every issue with demo discs; 1 - 36 (which Im hoping to sell; any bidders?); and can't really be bothered to spend another £5.50 on another mag.
I tend to go with my instinct and rent games that look and sound alright. Or what I've played or been told by mates thats good.
Im just waiting for a few games coming out in the next few months, not much else has really caught my eye.

If you're unsure about a game you want to buy, read loads of reviews (nad not the scores), then use your intuition to make a final decision. That's a good way of doing it.
