Weird Dreams. Heh, this game actually used to scare the hell out of me. you play an accident victim who is on the operating table fading in and out of consciousness. You begin to dream, some horrible twisted dreams including little girls with huge knives, killer bees, statues with ostriches legs, footballs with huge teeth and other twisted and scary crap. You have to make your way through these nightmares without getting eaten or stabbed to death. if you die in the dream, you get to witness yourself wake up briefly, before your heart stops. nice.
Badlands. Great multiplayer 2D car racing action a la super off road. set in an apocalyptic future. good stuff
Cabal. A bit like operation wolf only 3rd person, you blast people, tanks, helicopters, armoured cars and all sorts. what was different was when you cleared a level, you ran up the screen with your arms in the air like a little sissy girl, with appropriate music. laughed my ass off at that one.
Any strange titles you can remember ?
rick he's called, but we dont like to name drop...
Got a a1200 a few months back to catch up on some missed memories, but its a bit grim cos half the games require passwords from the manuals! (life has improved since then!) what a bad do! half the games are lacking manuals, god save the hackers who provided us with endless hours of fun, with out the need to consult page 435, line 2, word 45! remember the high quality BLASTEROIDS? sweet! ah..
Did anyone have A320 Airbus?
the two machines were well matched, but I think the amiga won out due to a slightly better spec and better software support.
I was that *shows with fingers* close to being an ST owner before I got my amiga.
happy days
remember to use the horizontal scroll bar to find the games tag.
had an Atari ST myself so im bitter and twisted...
Ah memories!

AMOS was wonderful.. i made a god-awful beavis+butthead beat-em-up with that :)
to be fair, the sprites weren't that bad! :)
> I liked seymour goes to hollywood on the amiga.
Yeah, its cool.
There's one game I can't remember the name of though. You had a ship in the middle of the screen at the bottom, and if you moved left or right the screen would rotate around you. It was two player (co-op or against each other) too. And you'd get credits to improve your ship. One was the Enterprise, one was an X-Wing I think. Anybody remember this game, or know what it was called? It was only PD but me and my mate played this for hours.
oh man that was cool!! buggy beyond belief but loads of fun :)
...anyone ever play Cow Wars??
it was a PD game where you had to fire glass/real/styrofoam cows over a mountain at the opposing tank.. GREAT fun!! :)
Its like the dizzy games and ive own them all (originals) and ive also downloaded the rest.
