If it were to happen, but Ninty and Microsoft designed different consoles and peripherals, but both played the same game disks (or whatever).

If the GC2 falls on it's ass then mabye.

The likelyhood of it happening would be greatly increased if Nintendo lost it's domination of the handheld market.
