I get the Official Xbox Magazine every month but like to get more than one review for games so I pick and choose some other magazines to suplement my reading.
Every month I go into my local shop and pick up 'Games' magazine and every month it pans any Xbox release. I have barely seen an Xbox game get more than 6/10 yet seen some ordinary PS2/Gamecube/GBA games get stupidly high scores.
Is this just my bias in favour of the Xbox, is it that the other consoles genuinely bringing out better games or is it that the reviewers in 'Games' magaizne are discruntled ex-Microsoft employees.
What is you opinion on this.

Metroid Prime got 10/10. The only game to do so.

It's fantastic, and I'm not exagerrating when I say it is truly one of the finest games ever created. As it stands, it's the best thing on Xbox.

GamesTM are excellent; not biased at all.
And they rate each game on it's merits, unlike saying 'this FPS is crap because it's not Halo.

GamesTM and Edge are great mags.

I think I have to disagree with what you are saying - I find GamesTM excellent. I think each issue reviews just certain games that are coming out around that time - Some games won't make it until another issue etc.
The bias usually swaps each month. Like one month'll be Xbox-Bias and another PS2 bias etc.
GamesTM certainly don't hate the Xbox - They're actually supporting it!
