I got a free copy of Championship Manager for joining the Telegraphs Fantasy Football, and, apparently, it arrived today, so that's another different type of game for me to play than I already have. Excellent, more variety.
I've got the tactics and planning of Championship Manager to look forward to, and if I fancy something a little different, but still relatively tactical, then I've got Age of Empires to play on too. But then again, at the moment I don't feel that 'war-hungry' so maybe I'll go for something old-scholl on one of my emulators. Playing SuperMarioWorld always brings a smile to my face, and the Bomberman games are classics, that are still highly enjoyable.
Somedays I fancy a trip right back to my youth, and emulate some Acorn Electron games. How did I not find text-adventures incredibly annoying? I don't know, but I certainly enjoyed them then. How was I ever any good at Thrust? Damn this game seems tough now. I really think this should be remade for todays consoles, it rules.
So I've got all these different types of game to play, without even mentioning the N64. What I love about my N64 is the quality multiplayer games I've got, for those times I don't feel like going solo. And in these multiplayer games, there is a huge variety too! There's Goldeneye for the deathmatches, Mario Kart for the races, Mario Tennis for frantic sports action, or Mario Party 2 for all round mini-game fun. Oh, and we can't forget No Mercy for a big of sweaty brawling action!
Add to that a host of single player games I've yet to complete, and I ask myself why am I spending so much time looking forward? I have hours of GAMECUBE videos on my PC. These games I can play in the future, and the videos are helping me decide which ones I'll want, but until next year I really should get back to doing what I like best, and that's just playing games.
I love gaming, and I love having many games to suit many moods.

I will ignore this obvious baiting, because it is your birthday and we are supporting Haven this Sunday.
Count yerself lucky punk.
Damn Dirty £50 game I did in 42 minutes.
And NO, it doesnt matter that there are other routes.
Anyway, I agree with Meka, he has loads of games. :D
I have about 25 N64 games, of which I play about 24... (Friend has Conker).
I am looking forward to Gamecube, because of the promise of more N64-type action, it's a great thought. Plus, with rumor and fact joining, Nintendo have all the big names:
Konami
Capcom
Namco
Temco
Sega
EA
Add these to Nintendo 1sts and 2nds incl Rare, Retro, Silicon, and really, Nintendo are sorted,... and so are their gamers.
We should see some great games.
I played MGS for the first time yesterday... it was good, but not better than Perfect Dark. Goldeneye or JFG. I like the stealth idea, but if Rare is planning a PD sequel that is set along the same idea, stuff Metal Gear, my loyalty will prevail!
Game
Infact, Zelda Majoras Mask is the only game I own which doesn't have a multiplayer.
Until I got an N64, I thought that my younger brothers were just nuisances I had to take it in turns on the PC with.
Now I don't know what I'd do with out them.
Goldeneye is only half a game without its multiplayer.
