We are always presented with a Newbie, such as myself who think that PS2 is the best because of blah bla blah blah. Or GameCube will rock because blah blah.
Well to be honest I've had enough and want my point to be shared with you all. What really is it that makes a console the best thing on this damn planet to play on? Is it the power of it? Maybe so. Is it the maker? Maybe so. Or maybe it is the looks of the console? I hope not.
The real reason is because of the games that make the console. The games are the main reason that you would feel you had to get that console. The main success of the PS2 is no matter what you say, is because of just how great the first PS was. The sheer ammount of games availible on it made it playable for anyone of any age.
I don't take favourites because of who maunfactures the product. That would be biased and completley stupid. A name on a product doesn't necessary mean it is any way better then something that isn't such a good brand.
Sony is world known for it's great games and prodcuts but don't be fooled by all of this. Nothing is perfect. GameCube and XBox will both offer us something new and exciting that will keep us occupied for maybe years to come. And not because of the fact that Microsoft or Nintendo produced them but because of the great games that will be offered on these consoles and the amazing realistic graphics that they have to offer.
But then for all of you that really care, it's only a matter of time before you will all find out whether your predictions are correct about all of these will be determined in the next months.
Ah well :D
And before Venonbyte jumps on my back and starts stomping on me, no I don't mean you :-D
> What about Darren, Craig, Anthony and Ben?
No, I'm pretty sure it's not you Darren, I'm positive it's not Sheepy, Ant... doubt it and Meka's at work.
:-P
:-D
Go figure.
Still, I can see why.

No, that's wax. You can tell because it's yellow.
Of who, I'm not yet sure.
