Well considering the first was a PC title I really wouldn't have bothered to find out.

Just following the dates. A christmas release always look plausible especially with some nice in-game footage floating about.
Still there's still XIII, Counterstrike and SWAT.
Deus ex 2 and Flashpoint are both March I think, just before Half-life 2 and Halo 2.
So the changeover between Q1 04 and Q2 04 has a lot of FPS action surrounding it.
