i watched predator and rocky last night. Both hard man classics.

I had been meaning to look in the credits...does appollo creed play the bloke who calls in arnie in the predator and then dies with the black sargeant?

I'm planning on watching Rocky I later. I've seen the whole series before and think the films are quality. It's on BBC1 at 11:15 for anyone who is interested.

Ok this is weird, I'm suddenly a "regular" but I've only done 210 posts totaling 8880 words. Freaky!

Last night I wathced The French Connection. Can't believe I hadn't seen this utill now; what a wonderful film. Non-convoluted and superbly shot (check out the car/train chase scene!) with some excellent performances. Some may argue it's a tad dated now, but I'd disagree because of it's realism.

Okay, it's a bit late, but I slobbed out on Sunday and watched THREE films back to back. They were, in order:

1. Road Trip - very funny in parts, but not as funny overall as I'd hoped.

2. Jurassic Park 3 - excellent, far better than JP2 (not that difficult) but not as good as JP1, probably because of the "it's been done" factor.

3. Stir of Echos - again, a damn fine film. Creepy without being gory.

And tonight, I'll probably watch American Pie 2.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
