If they don't stop it, it could raise the price of chips in this country considerably.

Hopefully they can stop it early enough. They seemed to stop mad cow disease quite effectively.

I think the infected crop or the entire crop has to be burned to stop it spreading. It apparently wiped out 50% of the US crop. You can just imagine how much that is.

Probably not since they are stopping any potatos from those farms being moved.
