Latvia have shown great improvement. There are no easy games in International football anymore.
Well that's Latvia, they're better then teams like Azbaerjan and N.Ireland (But they'l put up a good fight).
You can never write off teams though. Just look at Latvia qualifying for Euro 2004. It's getting harder to see where the easy games are coming from nowadays.
Portugal's got it pretty good too :) Unless, we do some horrendous performance like at the World Cup 2002 we should be alright, we all know what happened there.
Not a bad draw for England there. A couple of home nations means less travelling and none of those teams SHOULD pose a problem.
