I'm not sure. If you found it in the area and you didn't unlock it in a mission then you can't get it from the phone. It's like Nightboat, I think.

Odd, I've just got the Blue Bird car in Simpsons Hit and Run, but when I go to a phone booth, it's not there for me to get.

I doubt it. Aerodynamisists find ways around it anyway. The problem is, Ferrari have a good R&D department and they are ahead of the field. The only way for the others to catch up is to go with a radical and rather risky car.

Heh...if you ask me FIA have been changing the rules just so F1 gets more interesting, Ferrari dominated, they changed the rules but Ferrari win everything again, will changing the rules further work?

From what I understand, the FIA have changed the rules again meaning that cars have less downforce I think. This front wing design is the biggest change since they raised the nose (it used to slope to the front wing).

It certainly is an interesting and radical concept. I suppose they have to do something radical to catch Ferrari.
