Well it depends where you're going. You have zones 1 to 6 and Heathrow is in zone 6, so you can buy a travelcard for various zones but I'd say you'll spend about £6 on a travelcard.

Well there's a tube station in Heathrow. Just catch the tube to Victoria and then you can get on the train :)
