hehe, wrestling has evolved/devolved and back again for me.
first it was fun and totally drew me in, then i got a bit older, realised it was all fixed and it got a bit stale. got back into it after a while though, then it was revitalised when i started doing it, and now i still love it, but enjoy paying attention to how it's done more.
the flipside of HBK/Benjimin, was Daivari on last weeks raw. Sent off for the whip, pushed through on his return, he kinda ran towards the ropes, stopped a bit, leant on the middle one and then walked backwards into (i think) jericho's move. it looked really, REALLY sloppy.

Victoria did a perfect superkick and made sure to hit herself to get that nice *SLAP* sound, but there was definitely contact, the face snapped back too well for there not to have been. Plus it's an easy move for someone as green as maria to take badly/incorrectly, but luckily unless you really walk into it, you'll catch the foot at full extension so there's not much force behind it.
for example, if Shelton had taken HBK's superkick a coupla weeks back and HBK still had some extension left in his leg, he'd probably have broken sheltons jaw. luckily, the timing was perfect, the movement was fluid and it was the best ending to a match i've seen in a while.
