Sorry to bring the sh#tty sadness back into this thread but I've just found out that before my Grandpa went into the ambulance to go to the hospital he took his watch off and put it on the mantle for me incase he didn't come out.

That may not seem important it's just for years and years I would always say how much I liked his watch and it's just the fact he remembered that before he went to hospital just makes me feel so happy and yet sad at the same time.

I feel so mixed up right now.

It will be better than the Bash but not worth £15 of my money.

Trulli walked away because he hit the tyre barrier with the rear wheel and not with the rear or the front. The roll was a pretty standard test for the roll bar which did it's job. He might be a bit sore in the morning but nothing serious.

Ferrari rules all tbh. Trulli's crash was amazing...how the hell did he get out of that without any major injuries?

Formula 1 was good. If only McLaren had that extra tenth or 2 of pace and the B.A.R was better over the whole race, we could have some closer racing.

Had a poor day of poker yesterday. That's the problem with cards, you just don't know what you're going to get dealt. Hopefully a better day will be had today.

Sorry to hear about your loss Jetster, my nan died from the same thing last September. Always tough when you lose a loved one but with the help of family of friends you'll get through it eventually

I'm sorry for your loss Jetster. I lost my great grandma a couple of years ago and my great grandpa died a year before her :( But as they say, time heals all wounds :)

I actually got to the final table today. Finished 9th. I had 75 chips with about 100 players left as well. Ended up with $5 which isn't too bad.
