So they gave you a refund but then the game came? Why didn't you just keep the money AND the game?
Heh, it's been a strange week. I actually woke up in the mornings 3 times this week. This week saw the end of a saga that had been rumbling on since early October:
I ordered a game from some online place (had some money off vouchers which helps) and they dispatched it. Waited the 5-7 day period and nothing. Waited a few more days and then contacted them. They sent a new one out, waited 5-7 days, nothing. Gave it a few more days, nothing. Contacted them again and they gave me a refund. A few days later (yesterday), the game arrived. I contacted them and I had to pay for it over the phone. End of saga. Very good Customer Service though.
Also, my CD drive in my computer packed it in yesterday. That's 3 CD drives on 3 different computers that have broken in this house this year.

Yeah, I had to get up to sign for a package. Will have to do the same tomorrow too.

Me neither.
Sure, I've always had a phone and usually get a new handset when my contract is up, but the rest of the time, I just use it when I need to, never run up a ridculous bill (apart from when in Antigua) and never get 'phone envy' because someone has a newer model than me.
