That's the problem with the English language. We have used three meanings of the word 'twisted'. No wonder English is one of the hardest languages to learn.
What if I put horns in it and got it to listen to Marilyn Manson can I count it as twisted then?

Well Matt you did not explain yourself fully so I say its 1 - 1.
I mean twisted as in twisting it like a wet rag.
No you see because technically, TECHNICALLY, the cememnt would be in a twisted shape, the same shape that whereby if something was twisted it would be in that shape. Spiral is just another world for twisted only spiral can mean a slightly different thing such as a slide could spiral down but it could not twist down so I can see where the confusion would arise. So at the end technically the cement is in a shape that is typically deemed twisted.
