Here's a little bit of info about the Midland Group:
The Midland Group, founded in 1994, is active in a wide variety of industries including commodities trading, steel manufacturing, transportation, construction and agriculture.
They had announced that they wanted to form an F1 team in October 04 and get on the grid by 2006. Buying a team out means they don't have to fork out $49 million for being a new team and they get their hands on TV revenue straight away instead of waiting until 2008.
F1 still needs a couple/3 more teams, in my opinion.

I always used them when playing my F1 games on the playstation. Only car i didn't mind staring at for an hour and a half
Jordan were a great team having fun, although it's been tough for them the past couple of seasons. I've been round their factory. Cozy but nice.
Nooooo! Only one for season with the bright yellow cars :( Damn they rule...really add colour to the track.
