I ended up with 4.
For £50 Dringo of the SR forums bought:
Bomberman Generations
James Bond: Nightfire
Medal of Honor: Frontline
And...
Skies of Arcadia: Legends.
Not bad huh?
I don't like Tony Hawk games and 4 is the weakest for me. Thats all to be said on the matter.
> Good for you. It makes sense to me and thats all that counts.
But if I went into the PS2 forum and said PS2 is crap because it has all sequels. And then someone gives me a lift of A grade original titles and my best argument is "It makes sense to me" I'd be laughed out of SR.
It doesn't make sense.
The levels were as well designed as the last... the time limit still existed for the missions... it just allowed you to skate for the hell of it if you wanted and didn't make you re-start going through annoying loading screens each time.
It also taught people how to play Tony hawks better... THPS4 taught me how to connect combos so much better... I went back to THPS3 and thrashed it because of what THPS4 taught me.
So instead of getting chucked out of levels every 5 minutes and having to restart, you can stay in the levels for as long as you want, and you see that as a bad thing?
ooooookay
The levels were the same as in all the other games, just a hell of a lot larger.
