1) Read the, erm, manual.
2) Walk up to a hen, and left click on it, keep the mouse button depressed, and your character will whack that hen good till it's dead, unless the hen kills you first, which in your naked state is a possibility.

7b) Alternatively, become Mir's first pacifist serial streaker, never level up by not killing anything, and earn fame and notoriety that way.

To equip, press F9 and F10, then click on the clothes in one window, and drag them across to the other to wear them.
