The developers have released the full game of the original "Hidden & Dangerous", complete with all patches and add-ons as a freeware in preperation for the release of H&D2

Never played it but it's supposed to be excellent

The graphics were quite advanced when the game was released, and are actually quite similar to those on GTA2.

Played the first two levels, which were quite easy, and didn't bother much afterwards. The only problem I think was really the way it was designed: It was hard to aim, and the movement of the characters was a bit dodgy.

I had it on the Dramcast (a prototype beer console) and it was great. Although very hard. I would recommend it to anyone.

I downloaded a load of their games in 2001- 3 GTA's on one disk! Woot!

I can't get ANY of the downloads on ANY of the sites to work. They either don't start at all, or reset themselves to 0% about half way through.

God, it's like downloading from PC Zone...

Yes, but Freeloader isn't free any more. And most of the games on it blow.

I had the demo of this game a long long time ago. It rocked, but was full of bugs. Hopefully the patches will have fixed that...

I bought the game AGES ago for like twenty quid or something. Despite it being stupidly hard, I loved it. Well, the patched version anyway.

I got this games ages ago for a fiver, or something stupid like that, and it's excellent! Runs fine on my P200, which really surprised me. Yeah, well worth a buy. Or download, seeing as it's free!
