IF U HAVE A BROKEN DISC U CAN GET A (USUALLY FREE REPLACEMENT!)
Simply ring the number of the publisher, and they will allow you to exchange your old, faulty cd, for a new one. If you physically snap the disc, then they will probably envoke a small charge for postage...

thre is some special cleaning kit you can get to fix scratched disks, it probably cost a bomb though
or you could get a swap from the store you got it from....

Thats a bit of a bugge, have you tried waxing the disk?
Why would you only want to get part of a game?
