just half an hour ago the north tower of the world trade centre in New York City was hit by a small passenger airplane then the south tower was hit by a larger private jet hit the south tower...the first jet is said to have been hijacked.......

Well maybe so, but like I just said, someone will have to be held responsible for this, how would the most powerful country in the world look if they couldn't catch a few terroists, or maybe it's more then a few. This is devastating and I would be willing to join in if a war was to break out.

I think George Bush deserves some credit, he's not a total idiot. America as a nation won't let him be stupid, and he has many clever staff at the White House that will ensure that the 'correct' thing will happen. He might look like a monkey, but you can't be elected President of the USA because of that.

There isn't anything I can really say that will help, or do anything for anyone, this all came as a shock to me and will it result in WW3? As if it does then what will be left of society afterwards?
First there has been the IRA, then the bomb in 1991 which until now was the worst case of terroism ever. Why do people have to try and prove a point by destroying lives of people who they never knew, thousands of innocent people have been murdered in cold blood.
It will now make the USA goverment realise the sheer power of terroism and all action will be taken to resolve this situation, even if the culprits aren't the gulity ones. Someone needs to be caught for this so the nation can go back to feeling safe and secure, to be able to sleep right at night and if it results in a war then England will no doubt become envolved.
Would you be willing to die for that cause?
