For my GCSE I.C.T. poject, I'm making I.T. solutions for a new computer games shop (which specialises in Nintendo games). Anyway, one of my tasks is to make a website for them. And, on this website, I want to add an advertising banner to every page (like the one at the top of this page). Also, like SR's sites, I want the site to randomly choose a banner from a selection of banners. So, say, if you refreshed the page a few times, it would display a different banner every time. Can anyone help me out?

... though

It actually took months and was redesigned 3 times. I am now looking into it as it seems to be having problems. It is very complex as it has to cope with paid and unpaid banners and log all impressions and clicks and more.

Yes, the Freeola one is done in PHP, although to be honest, it is probably a hell of a lot more complex than you need it to be, generally, most of the adds on Freola are ad's for their own products, so I wouldn't get to involed with a Banner Program.
One which maybe randomaly pics a banner and link for each page, so best to use one you can download from a free Script Site.

... though I'm not to sure how complex the Freeola one is, it does span a hell of a lot of Pages, and (if I remember correctly) took a week or two to create.

All the best with it though mate,

Hey Andrew, can you tell me how you made that banner system? Is it using PHP as cjh suggested or what?

There were some problems yesterday which were caused by our banner system going a bit strange. It should all be fine now allow may run slow this morning.
